How It Works:

STEP 1: You meet Someone who wants to buy or sell real estate.
STEP 2: Bust-out your Billboard and a dry erase pen (not included). Find an open column, and write Someone's NAME in the space provided.
STEP 3: Check-off and fill-in the boxes for your new prospect, as you convert him into a client. Track pre-qualification, presentation, prospects deadline, your last follow-up, and more.
STEP 4: When your client is a buyer, track budget, number of properties shown, and more. When your client is a seller, track list price, preparatory tasks like writing ad copy, take pictures, and create a marketing package, and more.
STEP 5: Once your client goes pending sale, track contract price, loan approval, scheduling and passing of inspections/appraisal, closing date, your commission, and more.
STEP 6: Once closed, bask in the glow of another payday and a job well done. Then, bask in the warmth of another Someone helped.
STEP 7: Meet another Someone who wants to buy or sell real estate.

Along the way, you're reminded to edit your database and wage campaigns meant to persuade, inform, and/or strengthen the relationships with all the Someones your business touches.
